Volunteer with DARG

Discover the joy of making a difference as a DARG volunteer. Here's how:

Adult Volunteers: We welcome volunteers aged 18 and above. To get started, attend a mandatory orientation held every second Tuesday of the month at 10 am. Booking is essential, so contact our office today.
Youth Volunteers: While we don't currently have a program for volunteers under 18, stay tuned for updates on our youth volunteer initiative.
Flexible Commitment: Choose how and when you volunteer. While a regular commitment is fantastic, we respect your free time. Our dog walking slots run from 9 am to 1 pm daily.

Diverse Roles: You're not limited to specific tasks. Volunteer your way. From brushing cats and dogs to relaxing in the DARG Cat Garden, helping with dog walking, or even assisting with maintenance, gardening, and environmental clean-ups, there's a role that suits you.
Beyond the Shelter: If visiting isn't possible, you can still help. Spread the word about our animals, collect donations, or promote DARG on your blog or website.
Donate and Connect: Gather pet food, newspapers, household items, and more to support our fundraising efforts. Connect with us to explore how your skills and network can benefit our cause.
