Welcome to our Pet of the Month Contest! We are excited to showcase the wonderful pets in our community. To ensure fairness and fun for everyone, please read and comply with the following rules and regulations:

Eligibility:

• The contest is open to pet owners worldwide who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Pets of all species are eligible to participate.
• Employees, immediate family members, or anyone affiliated with Petwebly are not eligible to enter the contest.

How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must submit a high-resolution photo of their pet along with a short description highlighting their pet’s unique qualities and personality traits.
• Submissions can be made through the designated contest entry form on our website.
• Each pet may be entered only once per monthly contest.

Voting Process:

• Submissions will be displayed on our website for public voting.
• Public voting will be open from 1st of every month, and will end on the 25th of every month. Winner would be announced on the 30th/31st of every month.
• Eligible voters are allowed only one vote per contestant per month. Each voter can vote for a different contestant once a month.
• Votes found to be in violation of this rule (multiple votes for the same contestant in a month) will be disqualified.
• The pet with the highest number of valid votes at the end of the voting period will be declared the winner.

Winner Confirmation:

• The entrant of the winning pet will be notified via email or phone within [Number of Days] days after the contest ends.
• Upon confirmation of the winner, a recent photo featuring the winning pet and the owner must be provided for publication in [Your Magazine/Company].
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within [Number of Days] days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and the pet with the next
• highest valid votes may be declared the winner.

Disqualification Process:

• Entries found to have a fraudulent pet photo, false pet information, or any other form of deception will be disqualified.
• Petwebly reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or in violation of these rules and regulations.

Prizes:

• The winning pet will be featured as the “Pet of the Month” in our online magazine and on our social media platforms.
• The winning pet owner will receive [Prize Details, e.g., gift vouchers, pet products, etc.].

Publicity:

• By entering the contest, participants agree to allow Petwebly to use their pet’s name and photo for promotional and marketing purposes without any compensation.
• The winning pet owner agrees to provide a current photo featuring the pet and themselves upon confirmation of winning.

General Terms:

• Petwebly reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice.
• Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these rules and regulations.
